Processing Times

All standard orders have a 2 to 3 business-day processing time before they are shipped out, regardless of the shipping option chosen.

• Selecting an expedited shipping method will only expedite your package's transit time once your order ships from our facility, not the time it takes for the items to become available.
• Orders are NOT processed or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you order after 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on any given day, the order will not go into the system until the following business day.
• International shipments are subject to a longer processing time. Please allow additional time to process and ship your order.
• Please be aware that your order must be placed by December 17th to arrive in time for Christmas. Note that all custom items have unique fulfillment times noted in the product description. Order processing and shipping times around the holidays may vary. This final order date to receive orders by Christmas is an estimate, not a guarantee.
