The return process can be started on RunRocknRollStore.com using the links below. If you are creating a new return request, please use the "Request New Return" located on the "My Returns" page. If you have an account, use the Account link to login to your account. After logging in, click the RETURNS Tab to start your return. If you do not have an account, use the Guest link. Items that do not meet the requirements stated below will not receive an RMA number and are ineligible to return/exchange.
For items purchased on site at an event, please check the following guidelines regarding return/exchanges:
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
