The return process can be started on RunRocknRollStore.com using the links below. If you have an account, use the Account link to login to your account. After logging in, click the RETURNS Tab to start your return. If you do not have an account, use the Guest link. Items that do not meet the requirements stated above will not receive an RMA number and are ineligible to return/exchange.

How Do I Send In My Return To Rock 'n' Roll Marathon?

All returns must receive an approved RMA number from our customer service department. You can contact customer service at 1-714-581-5980 or orders@runrocknrollstore.com. Items that do not meet the requirements stated above will not receive an RMA number and are ineligible to return/exchange. Once an RMA is provide, we will provided you with the details necessary to return the item to us.

What If My Order Is Returned Due To Incorrect Shipping Information?

Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect shipping information cannot be re-delivered. The order will automatically be refunded less any shipping costs.
